More than prompt engineering
Today’s generative models can draft complex reports, cite sources and build code. This course examines how an answer can be wrong even if it cites genuine studies, why impressive simulators may not represent real situations and how philosophical questioning reveals omissions in the model’s account. The closing class challenges Hegel itself: what if Socratic questioning, Peircean abductive reasoning or empirical inquiry works better for the problem?
